- Prices and days on market come from Redfin's housing market pages for each town, read on the date shown in each update.
- Mortgage rates come from Freddie Mac's weekly survey.
- Small towns with few sales can swing a lot from one month to the next, so each update says when a figure rests on only a handful of sales.
- No forecasts. The updates describe what happened, and Kris can talk through what it means for your own move.
