About These Terms
This is the personal real estate website of Kris Persaud, a Florida real estate sales associate licensed with Watson Realty Corp. in Clermont. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Last updated: October 13, 2026.
Information Only
The pages on this site give general information about buying and selling homes in Central Florida and about working with Kris. They are not an offer to buy or sell any property, and they are not a contract.
The information is checked when it is written, but things change. Check anything important with Kris, or with the right professional, before you rely on it.
Market Figures Are Dated
Where this site shows a market figure, such as a median sale price, days on market or a mortgage rate, it names the source and the month. These figures come from third parties, describe a past period, and change often. They are not a prediction of what any home will sell for or what any loan will cost.
Review counts and ratings from Zillow show the date they were checked. Zillow updates them as new reviews arrive.
Not Legal, Tax or Lending Advice
Kris is a licensed real estate sales associate. He is not an attorney, an accountant, a tax adviser, a lender or an insurance agent, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, lending, credit or insurance advice.
- Contracts, title and closing questions: ask a Florida real estate attorney or your title company
- Taxes, including capital gains, 1031 exchanges and questions for sellers or buyers living outside the US: ask a tax professional
- Loans, rates and credit: ask a licensed lender
- Inspections, appraisals, surveys and insurance: these are done by licensed third parties you choose
No Promises of Results
Nothing on this site promises a sale price, a time to sell, lender approval of a short sale, or any other outcome. Client reviews describe what happened in past sales. Every home, lender and market is different.
Property Listings
This site does not show live property listings at this time.
Links to Other Websites
This site links to other websites, such as Zillow and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. Kris does not control them and is not responsible for their content.
Messages and Representation
Sending a message through this site, or calling Kris, does not by itself make Kris your agent or create a contract.
How the site handles what you send is explained in the privacy notice.
Use of This Site's Content
The text, photos and design on this site belong to Kris or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking first. Review quotes belong to their writers and are shown as published on Zillow.

These terms may change. The current version will always be on this page with its date. Questions can go to Kris on 407-341-9813 or through the contact page. Brokerage and license details are on the license and disclosures page.
